1. How does it work? Busicall uses web based databases to route customers to your business through 400 various applications running on mobile phones. Explain more? Our company has purchased access to the main databases which are popular with mobile device makers and Google. Because we have control over the way your business is listed in these databases, we use specific algorithms that enable special web and mobile based phone systems to bring your company’s results to the top of the hit list.
2. How long does the service last? 6 months (the service used to last 15 months). The first 14 days our service targets and sets your company’s business information in the mobile provider’s databases. Our programmers spend up to 14 days inserting and improving your business information on the mobile provider’s databases. After that, the service last 6 months.
3. The first 14 days are free; can I pay after the first 14 days? No, payment must be made at the time our services are contracted for work. You can however get a complete money-back guarantee to ensure you are fully satisfied or refunded your money.
4. How do I prove the system works? You will receive a report every month stating how many calls, hits, links, emails, direction request are generated by our system. Some of our current clients see numbers as high as 6,756 calls, links, hits, emails, and direction requests.
5. Can I test the service to see if it works then buy? No, as stated before, payment must be made at the time our services are contracted for work. You can however get a complete money-back guarantee to ensure you are fully satisfied or refunded your money.
6. Can I get a current customer to talk to me about the service? We have several examples and testimonials on our website – www.Busicall.com of current and satisfied customers. We also have published some of their monthly reports. In order to keep them from being flooded with calls, we do not give out information on whom they are – expect for special situations.
7. I am already on Google places and my webmaster takes care of this, no thank you? We understand why you would want your webmaster to handle this but Busicall overcomes the overcrowding, scamming, and money wasting that are all too common on sites such as Google Places. We do this by having tight database control and perfect listing insertion with matched key word phrases that link your business to mobile providers. 8. I have more than 1 store; can it work for 2 locations? Absolutely! We do have a $100.00 charge per location, or if your business operates in two area codes, we can add a $100.00 charge per area code. Whichever suites you best.
9. Why are area codes so important? We create the Busicall listings with web specific phone numbers that are created in numeric order so that when someone runs a search for database in a mobile application, the number will more than likely come up first. This is one of the technology strategies we use in the databases. We create an internal database listing with carrier specific phone number that forwards to your main number. These search perfect phone numbers are then populated throughout the web. You change nothing on your end; these numbers are for computer reading only.
10. What do I do after purchase? You will fill out a simple form and our database engineers will begin the process of inserting your company’s information in the mobile phone/web company databases. Your reports will soon follow after insertion and fine tuning are complete.
11. I am already on Google and Google map’s first page, Do I not need the service? That is great to be first on Google page results. However, did you know that Google reads and tags your mac address and sends you similar search results based upon where you have visited in the past? Therefore, if you are on your website on and off daily and search for your business, most likely it will come up first on Google which may not be the same for a potential client. Busicall can also clean up your listing on Google maps and our database service does this automatically too. With our service, the databases covering for listings is not done only at Google or Yahoo, but listed at the Database centers all the mobile and non-mobile web providers pull from. This increases your ability to be seen on ALL MOBILE devices! We are not brand or corporation specific.
12. What happens when my competitor gets Busicall and I do not have it? We actually have had several businesses in locations that just opened up and quickly out gun local competitors. For example, in Las Vegas, a Tattoo shop opened and our service was deployed, the shop get over 2000 calls, emails, web hits, direction request a month. Several of the competitors in the local area have scaled down business operations or went out of business altogether. This is why we usually only sell the service to one business type every 5 square miles. It enables our service to not compete against other database listings.
13. If I turn down your service, can I call back and order it later? Yes, as long as the service area is open for your type of business in a 5 square mile area. That is why it is important to jump on Busicall FAST so your nearest competitor does not get the new business you want.
14. What happens if my stores are with-in 5 square miles of each other? Busicall will still work, as your stores would be one listing with two locations. They will enhance each other.
15. Renewal time comes around and I forget to pay for a renewal what happens? You will be given 1 week to pay for the service. If not paid for, we go to a wait list of whom wants the service in your area and offer it to them.
16. You have a wait list? Yes in the several cities we sell in right now, various businesses are on a wait list to buy Busicall because a competitor owns the listing rights in a 5 sq mile area but don’t let detract you from signing up with us today. Chances are you may be the first one!
