White Mountain Telephone does not refund the purchase of Extended Warranties, On Site Services, Technical Support Services, non-stocking special-order items nor system upgrade components for any products. All sales are final
If you receive free shipping, you will be charged the actual cost of shipping and freight insurance. If you receive free installation, you will be charged the actual cost of the installation. All technical services are not refundable.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a White Mountain Telephone product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, White Mountain Telephone reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. White Mountain Telephone reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, White Mountain Telephone shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Sale of Services

All sales are final for sales of Technical Support Services including Set-up, Configuration, Training, Customization, Extended Warranties and Ongoing Technical Support Services. No refunds will be issued. If the client is not available on the agreed upon date and time, White Mountain Telephone will work with the client to reschedule the service date to another mutually agreed upon time and date.

Terms and Conditions: Termination

The terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. White Mountain Telephone may terminate the terms and conditions, or any part of them, without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
